Our goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the animals we sell and try to offer great customer service. If the following situation occurs, please contact us, we will be happy to help you to return your purchase or re-delivery.
(1)If there have a problem with animal number, gender or mental state, the customer need contact the sales department within 24 hours after the animals arrived for return or re-delivery.
(2)If animal died, the customer need contact the sales department within 3 days after the animals arrived for return or re-delivery. We need a attached photo for archiving.
However, if the following situation occurs, there is no responsibility on our selling. Please understand us.
(1) The customer has no experimental animals use permit.
(2) The unqualified environment facilities.
(3) Animal breeding conditions do not meet the level.
(4) Water shortage, lack of materials, intensive breeding, pathogens infection and other artificial reasons.
(5) In summer, when temperature rises above thirty-two degrees, we generally avoid to choose the air carriers for shipping. If the customer ask for the air carrier, he need take the responsible for the consequence.
(6) Exceed the available time for return.
